MNG+ Support Guide

This document provides support information for the MNG+ application, including troubleshooting tips, frequently asked questions, and contact information for additional assistance.

System Requirements

Mobile Devices

  • iOS: iOS 12.0 or later
  • Android: Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later
  • Storage: At least 100MB of free space
  • Internet: Active internet connection required for most features

Web Version

  • Browsers: Chrome 80+, Firefox 75+, Safari 13+, Edge 80+
  • Internet: Active internet connection required

Getting Started

Installation

  1. iOS: Download MNG+ from the Apple App Store
  2. Android: Download MNG+ from the Google Play Store
  3. Web: Access the web version at https://phonehouse.work/

First Login

  1. Use the credentials provided by your administrator
  2. If you don't have credentials, use the "Sign Up" option if available for your organization
  3. For password recovery, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen

Common Issues and Solutions

Connectivity Issues

Problem: App shows "No Connection" banner

Solution:

  • Check your device's internet connection
  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
  • Restart the app after connection is restored

Login Problems

Problem: Unable to log in with correct credentials

Solution:

  • Verify you're using the correct email/username
  • Check if Caps Lock is enabled
  • Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password
  • Contact your administrator if the issue persists

Todo List Not Syncing

Problem: New tasks or changes not appearing across devices

Solution:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Pull down to refresh the todo list
  • Log out and log back in
  • Clear app cache (Settings > Apps > MNG+ > Clear Cache)

Blog Posts Not Loading

Problem: Blog section shows empty or fails to load

Solution:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Pull down to refresh the blog list
  • Restart the app

Vacation Request Issues

Problem: Unable to submit vacation requests

Solution:

  • Ensure all required fields are completed
  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify your account has the necessary permissions

Feature-Specific Help

Todo Management

  • Tasks can be created, edited, and marked as complete
  • Add comments to tasks by tapping on a task and selecting "Comments"
  • Filter tasks using the filter options at the top of the screen

Vacation Requests

  • Fill in all required fields in the vacation request form
  • Select appropriate dates using the date picker
  • Add any necessary notes to your request
  • Submit the form and wait for approval notification

Blog Posts

  • Browse featured posts on the home screen
  • View all posts in the Blog section

Theme Customization

  • The app automatically adapts to your device's light/dark mode settings

Q: Is my data secure in the MNG+ app?
